The Bison Council - Flip the Bird

Here’s the thing about bison: Not only do people mistakenly call them Buffalo, but people simply don’t think of it as a delicious protein that is a great alternative to their go-tos. Shortly after launching the Bison Council the September prior, we unleashed “Flip The Bird.” A tongue-in-cheek promotion that retold the story of Thanksgiving, past and prior,  we urged Americans to reconsider the protein they’d be putting on their dining room table that famous Thursday.
